The Youth Para-Ensemble of the DPRK will perform at locations around the UK from 26-30 May. DULA International (Charity No. 1166701) is the organiser of these events in cooperation with the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled (KFPD). The event is described as:

The Para-Ensemble are a special group of performers with disabilities and spectacular talents ranging from vocal to musical and dance. Accompanied by the remarkable violinist So-Ock Kim, professor at the Royal Academy of Music, the Para-Ensemble will be performing traditional Korean folk and western classical music as well as an exciting choreography by the deaf dance troupe. In December 2016 the DPRK ratified the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). This month the
