From the Office:
What's it like to
work at Koryo Tours?

Going meta on our preparations for our mini travel show - 'Beyond North Korea: Travel Stories from Turkmenistan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan'

The Koryo Tours Blog has been silent the last few days as we prepare for our mini-travel show tonight at Pop-Up Beijing. From 07:30 pm, we'll be sharing travel stories from our other destinations 'Beyond North Korea': Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Mongolia, and Kazakhstan. There are interesting tales to be heard and at least one interesting prize to be won (see below for details). The event is free! See you there!

If you have ever wondered what it is like to work at Koryo Tours, have a look through our little photo essay on our preparations for tonight's show:

Making a presentation with a Tajik thinking cap on.

Although some prefer the Turkmen variety.

The next desk over, sporting an Ashgabat 2017 Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games track suit from Turkmenistan (not from Hungary). We will be giving this particular track suit away tonight!

Modeling the Turkmen tracksuit with the teen boy-band performance opening pose.

And the tracksuit pants! Stop, Hammer Time!

The track suit and pants are XL.

65% Polyester, 35% Pamuk (cotton), and 100% made in Turkmenistan. This can be yours if you attend tonight's event and have a bit of luck!

Meanwhile our promotion team prepares a video for the upcoming Pyongyang Marathon on April 8, 2018 - coffee and Kazakh vodka on standby.

Did you know that you can run a marathon in North Korea? Do you want to know more? Contact us!
